Definitely seems driven by automated toll collections doesn't it, lol.
That’s the only part that I really noticed. The whole argument of you the citizen not wanting to be on the wrong side of an error in automated toll collection is BS. I’ve been there, it’s simple you just call and point out the error and they fix it. The collecting agency is the one who doesn’t want to be on the wrong side of that error.

I would look at what is the company doing the digital printing. Then figure out what NC politicians have a connection with said company. In the end it has nothing to do with citizens safety, it’s about politicians making money.

Judging by neighborhood groups on Facebook, I identified an incredible business opportunity, and I am willing to consider investors/franchisees. The underlying issue, for which I have a solution and will realize insane profit, is how many whineyass b!tches whine and b!tch on these groups about.... nothing and everything.
My solution/opportunity is simple: I am starting a butthurt salve business. Like neighborhoods that have pooch pickup stations (dog**** bags + waste cannister), I am going to install butthurt salve dispensers in neighboorhoods.
I'll either have HOA's pay for this via member dues, or ration out the butthurt salve based on point-of-sale CC payment.
I'll also be hiring sensitivity affirmation engineers to drive around and refill the butthurt salve dispensers.

In our case, a guy in our neighborhood is going on about - get this - people playing music and celebrating New Year's Eve. The horror!
2 weeks ago, it was the woman across the cul-de-sac warning - someone? - about kids playing in the cul-de-sac and making noise, which woke up her baby. She literally hung a decorative flag in her front yard like "Ssssshhhhh - baby sleeping" with what looked like a retarded gnome figure. I mentioned something about if her baby had been born a few days later (e.g. Dec 25), I could understand not wanting to wake the Baby Jesus due to the impact on the world, but since she likely had just a standard baby, we may all just survive this crime against humanity.
There is hope, though. The number of my neighbors who openly mock these delicate flowers and tell them to get over it is encouraging.

The Pro-FA is much more accomplished at breaking into federal buildings vs the Anti-FA.
Its helpful to not have law enforcement present.
I don’t think it’s much of a coup attempt when they enter the building and maintain an orderly procession between the velvet ropes.
