We have no idea what happened. She left the road at one side of our property, across the lawn, then the street, back on the lawn, behind the guard rail, traversed an off camber that would easily roll the 80 at normal speed, through a ton of Kudzu and into the ravine.
Best we can guess is that she passed out in some form and stayed on the gas, no skid marks, no evidence of braking at all. She managed to call her husband for help while hanging upsid down strapped into her seat.

Whoa. Is that an impact crater its lying in? Or a drainage wash from the dislocated pipe above? That's a serious tumble after what sounds like a wild ride.

It is a drainage wash, we think the cement pipe was dislocated by the car hitting it, I've not been up to that corner of the property in a year or so, so not sure. There is a spring that runs right there most of the year as well, dry now due to the drought. The ravine is a natural drainage for this area, would challenge the most experienced kayaker when its pouring.

There are car parts strewn across our front yard. She hit two signs, ripped one out of the ground, and that tore the front and underside of the car up. There are car parts for about 50 yards across the front of the property. I guess its up to me to pick it all up, they did pull the car out of the ravine. Guy did it with a single roll back. He is who we need to take seminars from on recovery. Probably a 12 or 16K winch on the roll back would be my guess. Impressive recovery for sure.
Did the accident remove the top or did they cut the top off?
