I think its the stabbings reduction they are after. You can probably still stab gunshot victims there, as long as you follow the hole made by the bullet is not an additional stabbing statistic.

Well it's official, my dad sold the green 40. So down to just my blue pos. Guess I'll just drag him along and scare him with how I drive since he never got to wheel his and just wanted to "Old man Wheel" on dirt roads as he called it.
