Online 60-series review: opinions?

Didn't production run to 1990 instead of 1989?

I am pretty sure production ran into 1990.. THe review was pretty good. Of course I love my 60 and think it is one of the best vehicles ever made. I saw you gave in only a 7.1 for price. I think that while some 60's can be quite spendy- even a $3500 rig is still an awesome truck.

My previous 60 was an 83' with that had 250k on it when I bought it for $3500, was happy to take a beating over the next 20k miles, and would still be rocking today if I hadn't gotten my stupid on and had the vaunted albeit slow 2f swapped for a poorly made Chevy 350 but an inept mechanic- but regardless of that I sold it as is to a mechanic for $3500.

What other cars retain so much value with so many miles and almost seem to get better with age.

i bought my 60 with 210,000 miles for 3500 some rear quarter rust included (not bad at all tho) she now has 235,xxx miles a year and a half later and runs better than ever tho is starting to burn some oil pretty bad when flogged or towing. (flogged weekly)
