OME Heavy Deluxe Kit Install Tonight, last minute pointers? (1 Viewer)

I've got it all layed out and tonight we are going to tackle it at my friends shop (lift, air tools). I'm reading all the threads and taking notes as we speak, any last minute pointers like A spring on drivers, or anything else of the sort. I will take plenty of pics of it all!

The one thing I learned when I installed mine:

Don't waste anytime on trying to get the old bushings out by pounding and such, just use the torch and burn them bushings!

Work on one corner at a time, but loosen the old stuff on the Opposite side, don't totally tighen down the new until both sides are fitted up, all this makes it easier to move the axle around while lining up stuff.

check it twice..bolt it on once...(I had my shackles upside down)
