Truly awesome! Phenomenal work!

sweet job, as with everything on your rig. Do you have a designated camera man with you when you do work on your rig?? I always forget to take pics when i do things. I think we need you to do another big project to your rig so we can drool some more. Maybe an engine swap??

Nah, but I do take pix of everything I do with this rig :)

In fact, I have a photo file dedicated to this Cruiser and it's over 16GB's in size

It can easily be done at home as long as you have a proper air supply :)

If you don't, I think Al's can also be rolled on :hhmm:

Basic automotive door edge trim :)

An $8 buck roll will do all the flares and have about 5 feet leftover

Any links to your source?

OK, a little update on the roof rack....

The front light bar has been rusting away nicely because I used cheap square tubing from Ace hardware and didn't bother to seal it after drilling holes for wiring and gutter mounts :o

So I hacked it off :meh:

I don't want anymore rusting problems, so I welded up a new bar using aluminum tubing

Rather than drilling through the tubing again for the gutter mounts, I had a few flat mounts laser cut out of mild 14Gauge steel and welded it to the EMT frame, then bolted down the new bar to tie things together

And here's a quick mock up before rewiring and bedliner :) (more light, just what I need lol)

I actually have a new rack design I've been pondering, but will probably use this one for another year or so :hhmm:

BTW, she just turned 280,000 miles today :D
