I am looking to go wheeling/camping this week end. Does anyone know of any places around Pensacola? I have heard some stuff about NAS before.

I've stayed at Blue Angel campground numerous times. Done quite a few scout trips down there and we have always stayed there. They have just about everything. If you want to tent camp or RV camp they have spots for you.

I'm not sure if you have to have a military ID to stay there or if its open to the public to camp. That may require a phone call to them.
From the looks of the website it all the price for camping show an Active Duty/Retired price and a DOD price.

Thank you sir. We are trying to decide whether to try to go wheeling or just camp out and drink. We do have a hobie cat and a kayak to play with.

I would be interested if you do find any trails. I am new to the area and dont know any of the places. Im sure with a city as old as pensacola there should be some trails to interesting old places or wooded areas to ride in

What kind of Hobie do you have? I'm out in Ocean Springs racing on my Hobie 16 this weekend. Spent about 9 hours on the boat yesterday!

I had a 14 and a 16. Sold both. A friend has a 16 that we use.
