Can I post non vehicle related items in this thread or do the items have to be all vehicle related? thanks, :)

SOLD, to a good home.
I have a 79 FJ40 frame that’s been stored in central Vermont since I moved west. I bought this in Colorado (Classic Cruisers in Salida) back around 2012 and had it shipped east. It’s in decent shape, does have some surface rust and some swelling at the rear cross member and diagonal braces. No title. $200. The frame is located in Tinmouth, VT (about 20 minutes south of Rutland). Start a conversation with any questions. Thanks

overhauled my 40s steering linkage. I used all Toyota joints which means they all came with rods. I have a full set rods left over. 2 are brand new and the drag link was the one on the truck but it is in very good shape. Free to a caring loving home.

1979 Fj40 Maine $12,500
Yikes, 12,500 and doesn’t even run, tub is shot. That should buy you a nice 40 you can drive and enjoy. Sold a very very nice 62 for that two years ago. We’re doomed.

Left a note on this last month, guy just called me and is selling. EXTREMELY RARE Pont-x camper. Refurbished stock, added 5 speed, ff rear dually, etc. 10k in recent receipts. One of 5 left I believe. Super cool camper, wish I had an extra 15k to buy. Flipper- your new home, or summer skatepark tour rig? Interior looks flawless.

I've been watching that one slowly tick down ... 9500 now. Too much for me since I've never worked on a 40 before but want to start with something that can teach me (with my kids), not break me. Here in the NE seems to be either total rust buckets for 8-15k, bad franken-builds for 15-25k, or good builds with some work for 25-35k.
