WANTED: a lead or contact info for concerning sheet metal rust repair around my FJ55 windshield. I have the windshield out, area cleaned and old stuff cut, just don't have the time to complete the task.

Know of anyone who does sheet metal welding in their spare time? I can't afford a 'real' shop....also, it't not life and death, so trying to limit outlays of money on this, I'll eventually get around to it if I can't find someone.

Pic of the concerned area? FWIW, bodywork isn't cheap, especially if it's a contoured area to be replicated/replaced.

yes. Not cheap, so I went for it myself. I can do it, just would like to speed up the process, and get the mechanical bits (the fun stuff)

I'll track down some pics. Its the bottom corners of each side, mainly flat pieces, no shaping or forming (curves, etc)
