Updated posting. The drama continues!

2000 Toyota Tundra 4x4 TRD package.

I have been on the hunt for a Tunda :*( Thanks for looking for them!

I would love to see my Son get into one vs a 4Runner just because they seem to be a little better deal, drive better on the road and I think he will enjoy the V8 once he loads up his gear, etc.

Even with the issues, it seems like it has potential. You could put a grand in it and have a nice truck, ....or drive it as is. The climate control knobs would be easy to fix.

Have him prove which Dealer did this trans though.

It's no worse than 80's people buy all the time.

187k miles but does look nice; had sent to two friends last week but no feedback yet.

Many out there with more miles, older trans, worse condition listed for a bit more.

hey... that used to be bolted to my motor ! wonder if it cooled it well enough? Good seller there.

I have the Cradle avail only if someone closer is in need for just $50

also have a 19x21 aluminum griffin radiator (does not fit ^ cradle) for F motor or 350 run for less than a year $100

Anyone know anything else about this LX? Curious, if maintained by Johnson Lexus means the Timing Belt/water pump was replaced at 95K.

I spoke to the owner, Sean, and he was a super nice guy. I almost thought about upgrading to a 100 series and this is the exact twin to my brothers truck. Sean is a mechanic (unsure if dealer tech or indy). Here's what he said;

- Typical LX470 original owner, hit every service on the head at johnson lexus, timing belt done at 100k
- Everything works with the exception of the audio, could be receiver or amp
- Rust free, Raleigh truck its entire life. He works at a shop and willingly offered to put it on a lift for inspection
- has all the service records including the abs module and brake master
- timing belt will need to be done around 200k
- flushed Air Ride system and reset to factory settings

It seemed like he was a pretty competent owner and that he's been slowly getting the truck cleaned up from being dogged and kid'ed. Sean was really quick to get back to me and he seemed really honest. At that price I'm surprised it has lasted this long. That is a steal considering the 03+ and seemingly clean service history. Throw some K02s and new hub-caps on there and enjoy.

For anyone with an active Copart Account. 1994 LC for auction tomorrow in Columbia, SC. Looks lifted a bit, with newer tires
