Either one would make a great camper with alterations and a terrific tow vehicle. Wish I could afford either.:bang::(

He isn't ready to sell for another two weeks and will be taking offers till then. It's his moms.

Is $10k reasonable on that? I am not very familiar with 100s and prices. Looks like a clean vehicle. I emailed him to see what other info he could give me.

I'd say it's a reasonable price with the mileage assuming timing belt and water pump done. I'm sure someone will pay close to asking price for it.

I made him an offer, but he said he can't sell till his car is out of the shop or something. He thinks the timing belt has been done, but has to find out for his mom. Only thing that scares me is that is was used primarily to tow a horse trailer. That's a lot of wear and tear on a truck.

I would say that $10K is a high considering it is an 02 instead of 03 and he is sharing that it was a tow vehicle for a horse & trailer.

Murphy's law - 10 patches too late on the drivers side. Too proud to redo/start over at this point.

These panels from @R.K. are a Good deal for someone, these will save time and frustration for someone. I started patching and now have literally replaced 90% of my DS quarter, it's amazing what is hidden behind bondo

The quote from my Mother-in-law that will never be forgotten: " couldn't you have just bought the whole side as one piece"? Stated as I was completing up patch 8 after many many hours invested
