Did anyone get these AlphaEquipt in the 17"? Did they fit over the brakes?
Mine are 17 x 8.5 +25 offset. I got mine off TireRack as well. My LX is 2008 though and if I’m not mistaken later models (not sure when) have bigger rotors. Someone else on here can probably be more specific when that changed.

Hah, didn't know blacking out the lower bumper became a thing. Joining in

I noticed your cube lights just inside the fog lights. I recently replaced my dogs and saw that plastic panel and wondered if anyone had tried to mod/install something there. Is there a bracket you used or just cut up the existing panel? Curious if you could share some info there.

The Alphaequipt Echo model came in +15 or +35 options for 17". I chose +35. It'll be a good scrub radius for 34"+ and I like my tires flush. I've already trimmed for this size as I'm currently running spacers to achieve +35mm with the stock wheels using 35"+ 275/80r18 and like the look. Glad to finally find some economical 17" wheels to replace the 2008 vintage 18" wheels and spacers.

Man $2800 all in for 5 of these with 5 Toyo ATIII 35x11.5R17LTs and new TPMS sensors shipped to your door mounted and balanced. Talk about an easy button for 35s.....until you need gears....

What do these weigh if you don’t mind?

Might as well add a locker or two ;)

Tire rack claims 26+ lb. Probably 28lb in reality.

Found the page (s) 28 same as delta +35

DT and TR are NEVER accurate in specs.
Part of the reason I went method is because it’s actually possible to get specs, seems like Alpha is consumer friendly as well. Just flip through the models at the bottom of that page.

28 lbs is a good weight anything less is tricky to find. I have never found an 18 below 28 lbs. evo corse doesn’t give specific weights either all I’ve seen is “starting at xx kg”. Yeah I’m not giving y’all any money…

I'm just now seeing it and I love it!
Vinyl? plastiDip?
Looks great!! Mine will be blacked out before the weekend is over lol

Random matte black vinyl kit on Amazon. Easy for forgiving to apply. Heat gun, towel, and sharp knife. Just take your time.

Nokian Rotiva AT Plus, 285/70R17, Load range D. It is like driving a whole new vehicle coming from almost 5 year old 285/55R20's with 40k plus miles.
I was torn between Toyo AT III's and the even newer Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT but think the Nokian tires fit the bill for now, and they're priced awesome too. They don't have a gloriously fancy sidewall, but they are silent.

I like the blacked out lower bumper but I have a black truck. I always thought the old black Z71 Suburban/Tahoes looked good with a silver center section. I might do this with my black LX...

Picked up this 2018 from Milwaukee a couple months back. Hate that there are no tire options for 21”. Thinking of putting on 18x8.5 +10mm and 35x12.5 TA ko2s. I know that’s a lower offset than ideal. I have an 80 for real wheelin’. Just need to be able to run over curbs if needed in the city or park without banging up wheels. Plan to do a small sensor lift in front and trim. Leave the rear alone. Thoughts?
