This weekend I explored the central Washington scab lands with my daughters. Epic trip, and a total mind-bender in terms of getting this kind of terrain in Washington. In a foolhardy attempt to get just one more smile from the girls - I hit a mud hole on the way out. A big one...

Thank you for the heads up. When I went to air back up and saw how much mud shot up into the engine bay I was concerned, the belts even squealed a bit when I started. I took it straight to a diy car wash and tried to spray as much of the engine and undercarriage clear of mud. Probably won't willingly run through the mud in the future. I got on that BudBuilt group buy for skids, wondering if they might stop some of the mud. Looking into buying a Water Broom so I can DIY clean my car at home, spent a lot of coins at the car wash ...A cautionary tale...

Greetings Nextcarr! Nice post with videos! What are the tires and wheels that you are running on your LX? Did you have to lift or add spacers?

I’m in San Diego. I do runs with buddies in T4R’s, I use to have one, and every once in a while TTORA. Typically to anza borrego or campo area.
long time lurker, finally got the courage to post . Snow in Austin for the first time in years had to capture the 570 its first snow storm ha. Baby steps with this LX for now, plan to get some Toyo AT 3's here soon.

Love having a hatch light, It came in very handy during my night shoot. I had thought about adding a second one but the single works just fine.
Took a nice afternoon trip to Death Valley...
