Más o menos ;). But seriously, it is. It's a weird technicality IMO. Was a subdivision that was never built. The roads are marked and public but unpaved. However, the lots where the houses were planned to go are private. So we just stick to the unpaved, dirt roads.
 
Is this forgotten neighborhood difficult?

Not for a stock LC. There were 2WD Tacos that were challenged, but not too overwhelmed. We adopted a 4wd in front and behind the 2WD as a "buddy". There were 4wd rigs in street tires
