I was at the junkyard the other day and came across a fuse box from a 98 Camry that seemed perfect for accessories. There's actually alot of variants of this with different numbers of fuses/relays etc... I like this one because it seemed perfect for adding 4 simple accessories. It seems like it should be easy to find a place to mount it as it just bolts to the edge of the engine bay.

One question though. Does anyone know the amperage those mini relays can handle? Based on the fuses I'd guess up to 10 amps, but perhaps they can go higher and the fuse is just small to protect the device?

cool find...

I've spent a fair amount of time searching for specs on various Toyota relays without finding anything. But I think you're definitely safe at 10a, probably safe at 15, and max at 20.

I'm always on the look for stuff like that as well. A while back I got a Toyota fuse block that mounted directly to the pos term of the battery. I then used a Toyota sealed relay to use for my driving lights, but that looks better.

Love the pick n pulls for reasons like this. Nice find.

As best I can tell, the smaller Denso relays are 20 amp. The large one is 40 amp.

there is the S-pod you could use
