Partsouq is AMAZING in my opinion.

When I was putting the 1HDT in my 62 I ordered tons of parts from them and never had an issue. They get here (U.S.) super quick too.

Highly recommend.

Thanks Ben and Pete. Cheers for the heads up regarding no support and double checking part no.s etc.
Fair enough too, I reckon...the mind boggles at the thought of the size of their operation, the parts interpreters, warehousing, logistics and shipping etc! I'm stoked they do what they do🤙🏻

+1 on Partsouq. Ordered a part for my 100-series and it arrived in 3 days to California and for $50 cheaper than buying the exact same OEM part from Toyota.

So, big fan to date.

Same here....ordered a master switch for my 62 and it came quick...brand new and way cheaper.

First experience with Partsouq. Ordered a dozen little items Saturday night. Arrived at my house Wednesday afternoon via Fedex. Amazing.

Definitely quicker and cheaper than going down the street to the dealer and them having to order what I need.

Always had great luck. Because of overseas shipping and import, I use them mainly for larger orders or singles of more expensive parts. Got my OEM dash pad and instrument cluster (housing) from them and saved a ton of money even after shipping.

I use partsouq regularly too. Use the DHL option or you will regret it.

I'm waiting to get my parts delivered by Monday and/but I had the option to chose between DHL and FedEx. I nevert notice that FedEx was an option previously. So I tryed them this time.

Let see if I can save on custom fees and broker administrative charges this time ...

DHL is way more reputable than Fedex. Many users have trouble with Fedex and it isn't just geographically isolated incidents within CONUS. I hope you get the parts in a timely manner and undamaged.

Well, I read you but I never ever had problem with FedEx who is the carrier I used 100% of the time when I order from Rockauto.

My concern is more about all the related import costs and fees. They can vary a lot from carrier to another. There are my expectations ...

A big -1 here, new customer to partsouq i tried to order dashboard meter for a 40 series, got cancelled 2 times. 3rd time i ordered the dashboard meter when it was available again and 2 engine mounts, what they did is they now shipped me only 1 engine mount and no dashboard meter, so only partially filled order without notifying me beforehand.
Contacted customer service and they are saying they hold the right to ship a partially filled order, even if it showed available before. So you can order parts from them and God knows what they will ship to you, what a joke.

You are warned

Not sure why you kept trying to order the parts after it was cancelled twice. Real-time inventory is not always accurate. I'm okay with partial shipment. I'd be happy to get any parts for a vehicle this old. All my experiences with Partsouq have been good.

PartSouq is good to me also. They even shipped me a brand new 70 series windshield at a price that cost less than me picking one up at a local dealer via FEDEX Freight from Dubai in a wood crate. Got it in 3 days too.

Meter assy part is available, i order, it gets cancelled, contact customer service about what to do, they advise me i put it on my wishlist and turn notification on when its available again, repeat.

3rd order i added the 2 engine mounts (showed 5 available), and they ended up shipping only the 1 engine mount. The shipping for only this 1 engine mount killed the price.

Yes, it's unfortunate there isn't a box to check "All or nothing" or "Okay to ship partial orders." But I can see how "all or nothing" can complicate matters on a large scale business like this. Customer service is not their business model. It is speed and low price.

I ordered an engine gasket kit (among other things) from them. Head gaskets, especially, are pretty fragile and I've seen way too many sacrificed to shipping. Partsouq shipped my gasket kit in a box, covered the top and bottom with 1/4" PLYWOOD, then wrapped the whole thing in cellophane and tape. It was packaged like a tank!

Two thumbs up from this guy.

Oh, and I usually select UPS as the carrier. Haven't had an issue yet... knock on wood

They are the real deal. They have been very useful for me building a 79 series Land Cruiser here in the states. I use them for the millions of small parts (bolts, nuts, hardware) and a lot of diesel only parts that are difficult to source otherwise here in the US.

I don’t know how shipping would work for you, but Fedex is terrible to use in the US. They hold things up in customs for no reason. I always use DHL
I second the DHL option. Much quicker. They have been a great source for me rebuilding om 62. Many times, even with the additional shipping costs, they have been cheaper than local Toyota dealerships.
