they didn't come with carpet....at all....ever.
The OP is probably looking for the grey vinyl mat, sometimes translating stuff from your native language is not as easy as it seems.
It is discontinued from Toyota but once every now and then a used or new old stock (for the people with deep pockets) show up on Ebay
