This is my 1972 FJ40 LandCruiser. 5 37” Boggers on OMF beadlocks, Spare tire mounted to the cage,Detroit lockers front and rear. Warn 9000lb winch. Stock cruiser rear with disk brake conversion. Front chromoly axle housing built by Ruff Stuff. Spring over front and rear with shackle reversal in front. Jeep Wrangler Springs in front moved forward, rear springs moved to the rear, making the wheel base to 101”. Front axle has Toyota mini truck outers with disk brakes, with brand new inner axles and LongFields from Trail Gear off-road. Power steering, 4 bolt main Chevy 350, with Holley tbi injection. Chevy SM420 4 speed transmission mated to a LandCruiser 3 speed transfer case. Motor and transmission mounted slightly above the bottom of the frame rails, so skid plate is flat. Long spine front driveline. All cage work, rock sliders, front fenders, and radiator roller over bar built by J&D fab in Escondido. (Not home made) Fox 2.0 shocks, mounts built by J&D as well incorporated into the cage, PRP low back front seats. Master craft child rear seats. 18 gallon fuel cell mounted behind rear seats. 4 core radiator with a Flow Cooler water pump and steal fan to keep the engine cool while crawling. I built this for the Southern California deserts. Clean title.
