Hello and Welcome! I too have a 01 LX470. Lots of Techstream info available here. All info can be easily found with the search function.

Definitely check the "How to Techstream in 5 Minutes" thread for updated information.
There are a few vendors that you can purchase from, usually most send a version of the software (normally v12.2x) with the cable. You don't really need an updated version (currently at v16 I believe) as v12 will do everything your LC/LX needs. Also, if you decide to run on a dedicated Win10 instance, there are some issues with v13 and Win10 so I would stay away from that one and either go with v12 or v14.
