my oxygen sensors finally crapped out. is there any reason to spend double the price for the OEM replacements? i know some people feel strongly about only getting OEM, but does anyone know if they will make my truck run that much better?

Many aftermarket O2 sensors are made for multiple applications, this means the current used for feedback to the ECU is much broader. In some applications this means the aftermarket O2 sensor will not turn of your check engine light. OEM will probably last longer also because of the higher build quality. I sold aftermarket parts for 20 years and O2 sensors for Toyota's were a constant nightmare, closely followed by Honda. This wasn't so much of a problem uintil OBDII and heated O2 sensors. Hope this helps in your decision.
