This has been our baby for 13 years.
She’s our one and only, tried and true daily driver.
Clocking in at 330,000 miles and pulling as strong as a 2f can pull…we’ve had the joy of taking it to places at every corner of the country.
From the records that we inherited with the car, we are the 5th owners. It was once a stage 2 restoration from TLC in Van Nuys and was purchased from TLC in 1998 at just under 121K. Most of it's care was rendered as preventative maintenance by attentive owners who would drive it to TLC for check ups.
Since our ownership, we have meticulously kept up with the maintenance, attending to each sound or shudder with haste.
Everything functions, from the headlight washers to the rear wiper. A/C works (even have a spare A/C compressor) and the heater is unmatched.
All the records from us and the previous 3 owners have been compiled in to a spreadsheet (I can share this with you a PDF of the Maintenance History).
It has lived most of its life in California.
Our circumstances right now are limiting the attention we can give to our Cruiser to maintain it the way we wish. Mainly dealing with some cosmetic blemishes.
It runs excellent and we looking to pass along our beloved 1985 FJ60.
My wife has adjusted the starting price to $22,000 obo
