I got the NWTI winch bumper kit and am pleased with it. It went together easy and looks good when finished. The only problem with mine is some ugly welds since all I have is an old Lincoln 225 amp A/C buzz box. Here are some pictures of the process.

1990 - 1997 FJ80/FZJ80 winch bumper kit
$420 plus shipping. Shipping was $130 from WA to TN. I guess another $100 for welding rods, grinder discs, and paint. So about $650 total when all is said and done.
Looks great! And familiar although I don't have a winch in mine yet...
One thing I thought about doing on mine, and may yet still do, is adding another triangle piece on the bottom of the wing. Seems like this is a natural weak point, and from the side, it just looks like there should be another piece in there too fill it in. Probably do that when I add a winch.

Does this protect the AC drier? I couldn't find that info on their site.

Mine is a '92, so the AC dryer is up next to the radiator. Just looking at the bumper, I think you would need to relocate the dryer on a '93 to '97.

I like it so far, but have not had to use the winch for anything serious yet. It seems to be heavier than some, lighter than others.

Very nice. I like how tight it is to the body. Was aiming for something similar when trying to fab up my own.
It's been awhile since the bumper was installed, how is it holding up, anything you'd do differently?

A few scratches on the paint, but otherwise it is great.
