I don't know the answer, but how short is your rear driveshaft already? Might be the limiting factor.

(My gearing isn't low enough either. I have a late model NV4500 with 4-sp transfer case and 33" rubber. I could use a 50% lower range.)

agreed driveshaft length is starting to be of concern. Transfer case is currently a 4 speed case, but everything can be changed. I just want a nice 5 speed with overdrive and a more better low range.

Yep... Orion.

Atlas, Orion, Toybox... They all cost a grip and get you geared way down. Do you crawl or just trail ride? If you just trail ride, re-gear the diffs and you will probably be happy. Also, are you running the Chevy 1st gear or the dodge 1st gear? It makes a heck of a lot of difference. 6.34:1 vs. 5.61:1 makes quite a difference.
