I just installed an upgraded motor to my M12000. It is from the 9.5XP(6hp) as part of my winch upgrades for my 80. Seems a little faster when respooling, but only time will tell when in use. Also added a dual batt system with a Sears PM-1 with 1150 CCA. I hope this and the single albright solenoid will make my winch unstoppable. After examining the rear cap, it looks like one could modify it and add a fan, a la Endurance 12. I do not have the room for the hose barbs right now, but if push came to shove I am sure I could slide my winch over to one side and make room.

I put that exact same motor on my 8274 and it works great. I'd like to see how you wired up your Albright contactor with the remote and all too, because that will be the final mod to my 8274.

I'd like to put that motor on my 8274, just need to find one. I use the albright and will be making a video of the install in the next month or so if you can wait. I ran the remote plug off the solenoid and will be connecting a wireless system off it as well as an in cab cut off and switch too.

Love the albright.

Can't wait to see it! Thanks for doing this.
