Vehicle is parked at my weekend place in Delray, WV (26714)

$4.5k or best offer. I know these vehicles cherried out sell for over $40k, sometimes over $50k.

This was my daily driver until I parked it 15 years ago. New plugs, wires, battery, air filter and starting fluid and it started right up. Chevy 350 engine connected to three speed Toyota transmission.

Because it sat so long, it is currently not road worthy. It starts, runs, drives, but brakes aren’t that good. Nothing is power (steering, brakes, etc.). It lived most of its life in Southern California but corrosion is present. Common area along back above bumper, and both wheel wells are showing some corrosion. Also just noticed that the driver floor pan is starting to rust through.

Canvas top is also over 20 years old and needs replaced (looks nice because I power washed it). 33” tires have plenty of meat on them, but they are over 20 years old. They also were shaded from the sun so they look great, but I would replace before driving too far on the road.

It had a rear fuel tank (20 gal so total was 40 gal capacity, which helped for long off road trips) that I removed to weld in a 2” receiver/hitch, I still have the tank in case you want to re-install it.

Has belt driven York air compressor, great for filling tires after off roading. With external tank, will run air tools (I’ve done it).

This will take some elbow grease (brake drums haven’t been off in many years, etc.) but it’s not a far road for drivability and not much further for restoration.

The Land Cruiser is currently located in Delray, WV (zip 26714). If I can’t sell it from there, I’ll rent a U-Haul set and tow it to Alexandria where I’ll bump the price a little more. Highly recommend trailering home, though it does have a tow bar and assuming the tires hold, will tow fine behind a tow vehicle.

Last note, it’s registered as a ’65 but the VIN reflects a ’64 and ’65 parts often don’t fit.

I emailed a bit with the seller about the rims. Several of the rims on this truck look to me like old school Jackmans. Can’t tell 100% though.
