Noise from the transmit ion when driving in reverse

Hi Guys
I bought my LX450 about six months ago.
Since then, everytime I put some presure on the reverse like trying to clime somethig i hear strong noise from the transmition like it's slipping ...
Any idea what can it be?
What can I do with this?
Is the only solution is to replace the tranny?
Btw it never happen in forward gear...
Only in reverse and under some presure

Which transmission? If a442 then it could be the 1st/reverse brake. See if it does it with the shifter in the L position.

Otherwise it might be unrelated, and something to do with the driveshafts, transfer or handbrake. (or some other really stupid thing)

There's been some TSB's for certain years, don't recall the details, do a search. There also were some threads in the past about making sure the correct ATF was being used. IIRC changing out the fluid helped in some cases.
