I agree with you on the "designed by wheelers" statement.

btw, was that pinstriped LX at Toyota's 50th yours?

Data is collected ONLY from subscribers who own the given vehicle.
It's sound data and that's why it's the benchmark whether you or I believe it.

Precisely my point. LR is at the bottom of reliability for a reason.

damn, gotta buff it out. w/ people start referring to the pinstripes and not the color, it's time!

I think Roberto's buttercup and my black/pinstriped:flipoff2: were the only 2 LX450s- besides the pristine one inside!

Yeah, and he kept mentioning that the Land Cruiser, although luxurious, is till built with longevity and reliability in mind.

Can a LC200 be purchased with AHC and KDSS together?

Coming back to the original topic, chaps - I was wondering whether a Land Cruiser 200 Series can be purchased with BOTH Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System together with Active Height Control together.

Are these two systems able to co-exist with one another or are they mutually exclusive, i.e. if you want AHC, you have to give up KDSS and vice versa? Or is it simply that in the USA, KDSS is standard and AHC is unavailable altogether?

I've browsed through Toyota NA's website and it really doesn't talk about AHC.... (link below goes to Toyota USA LC 200 features list)

2010 Toyota Land Cruiser Features

I know that the LX570 sold in Australia does come with AHC but no KDSS.... which is why I'm wondering if the two systems cannot work together.

Anyone know?

If yes, please refer to some evidence, thanks! ;)

EDIT: I have found the answer reading another thread. Seems like USA LC 200 do not come with AHC... (link below goes to the post on this forum that mentions no AHC for USA vehicles)

It was brought to my attention that the 2008 doesn't have AHC..Is this correct and if so, I wonder what the logic was to discontinue it ? Has ssome other electronic gizmo replaced it ??

Are you joking??? AHC can kiss my :censor:! I bought the LC so that I can upgrade the suspension and lift the vehicle.
