Is that supposed to be snow on the windshield etc? (it's not a reflection). Why would that windshield n hood be the only thing with snow on it? None on the ground building etc. Maybe it was parked...in a freezer

Look on the hill sides in the background of pics 1 and 2 there is a little snow still left in places. I would say YES thats snow on the windscreen that as it warmed up slumped to the bottom and Ice on the hood

Could be, anything is possible. It would be odd that the snow melted everywhere but that one piece of glass. The other metal, glass ground etc in the pic all melted. Also, vehicle has a sunshade in the windshield. Big picture, doesn't really matter, just interesting.
