Today, Toyota Gazoo Racing announced that they were adding the 60, 70, and 80 series to their "Heritage Parts Program".

Previously, they had announced the revival of FJ40 parts, but it seems now they are taking surveys of owners who would like to see NLA parts be made again. I wanted to share the link so we can show our support and influence to make this happen.

Seeing a Toyota on the the road that's three, four or five decades old is probably the best marketing Toyota could do. Hope they follow through.

I know. The oldest Toyota vehicles are the FJ40/45/55s that you see in town. And, their most popular current offerings, their best face forward, their biggest body badges, all of it is their current line of 4x4s - all of that exists and was built in the shadow of their Cruisers.

An advertising agency for the State Tourism Dept. approached me, asking if they could use my FJ40 for promoting their products...
