For anyone who is interested, I just switched out the oem Michelin ltx m/s 275/70/16 with Nitto Ridge Grappler LT285/75/16 on my stock suspension 1995 Land Cruiser. There is no issue with clearance at all (as many other posts have stated in the past). See before and after pictures below. Ride is suprisingly smooth and not too much of a difference in stiffness (although the old tires were pretty shot - measured at 30" tall before I removed them).

Nice I am looking at getting some ridge grapplers myself.

I was looking at 285 70 18.
Then I saw 285 75 18 for cheaper. Wtf
Now I want to grab the 285 75 18 innstead of the 34s. But I’m afraid they won’t fit.

God I’m such a pussy. Somebody slap me and help me decide
