Is anyone running these wheels on their GX470. Im planning to get wheels soon and really like the way these look and just wanting to make sure they fit.

The TRD Pro wheels are popular on GX470 and they fit fine.

One thing to keep in mind is that these are narrow wheels 7” and go well with skinny tall tires.

In fact, read the mfg specs on the tire you want. The tire specs say what are the range of wheel widths that are appropriate for the tire. The tire specs also state the rim width used when measuring the tire. Typically somewhere in between the stated rim width range.

In general, if the tire is 10” wide, then a 70% to 75% wide wheel (7” to 7.5”) is about right. This would be for tires like a 255/75R17 or a 255/80R17 or a 33x10.5R17.

If you go with a 11.6” wide tire, then you want about 8” to 8.5” wide wheel. This would be for like the popular 285/70R17 tires.

Those tires fit that wheel pretty good. And you shouldn’t have any rubbing issues (and if you do rub…easy fixes).
