Hey 80 Series Owners!

We’ve just launched on the Trail Teq site a comprehensive range of restoration vinyl decal products, including reproduction body / information decals and body stripe kits.

Everything in this range is meticulously reproduced off original samples. We have more information decals on the way as well when we find the time. If you have any requests please send them through as well as I want the range to be complete.

Products in these ranges are printed on high quality Avery Dennison automotive vinyl stock, and clear over-laminated for extra durability.

For the following week (expires May 16th), I will have a discount code of 10% off all vinyl decal / body stripe products for anyone interested.

Use the code VINYL10 on checkout. Any questions, let me know!

Attached below are some example photos, but feel free to browse the collections above to see all of the designs on offer.

Those look great.

Do you plan on reproducing any of the other discontinued information labels ("plates")

Example (USA 1FZFE engine side of the hood):

Emission Control Information Plate 11298-66040

Engine Vacuum Hose Plate 17792-66031

I want to reproduce everything from every market. The goal is to have a complete reproduction catalogue.

If you have good quality pictures of those labels please send them my way (and dimensions in mm are needed). I will do my own research on them too.

Here is an example of one decal that we have been requested. It's found on the airbox, atleast here in Australia it is.

The sort of dimensions we need are like this (for this photo example shown):

61 mm width x 64 mm height. 1.5 mm borders. 18.5 mm top text box height, 15 mm middle text box height, 25 mm bottom text box height. 1 mm text box gap.

I have a set of NOS extremely rare (cost me stupid $$) rear quarter panel “Wagon” decals. I would be interested in helping you reproduce these.

Cheers

Funny that, I was actually emailed that last weekend by someone! No dimensions given though, so if you don't mind measuring yours I can add it to the que.

I have the equivalent diesel motor versions also in the que with dimensions ready + a whole heap of others that people helped supply information and pictures for via email/ on Instagram - so thank you to all those people.

If you send me some pictures with dimensions I can get it done, but are you sure it's not the ones we already have on the store?

Just a heads up, Don't use the valve cover sticker example posted above by @Hornd. Thats a copy of an original that I came up with for restorations. The text spacing is not perfect compared to the original.

Would recommend using a factory original sticker posted HERE, Post 23

Great stuff, wish I saw this last week. I've ordered a lot of the same stuff from Touge Nation. Are these the same products they sell?

Any chance of doing a customized tire information decal? Something to match the aftermarket wheels and tires on my build?

Thanks
-Rob

Thanks for showing me that! The photo in that thread was the one that was sent to me so that person must have seen that on here too. I will just direct them to your version as it looks really nice + I would not have even got to that request for quite a while!

Hey Rob! Touge Nation is our printing partner yes. I'm working with the TN now to bring bunch of new reproductions from samples people have sent in. I have a few new information decals to add to my store today, and one new set of body stripes. Custom stuff is possible too, best to send me an email on the website with what you want changed / or a mockup photo if that works best.
