My son Will and I were founding members of ONSC. I originally joined for his benefit because he had an FJC he was building. I ended up getting a 40, which I passed on to him when he sold the FJC. I then bought an 80 and had a fairly nice build going with it until I had a custom interior put in that ended up being a gawd-awful shade of red
. Suffice it to say that vehicle wasn't welcome in my garage after that, so it was sold. It been a little over a year and not much activity on our part until recently when I began looking in ernest for that elusive, un-molested 60 to start another build with. I realized that my dues were past due so I contacted Greg and Ramon and rectified that situation. I am once again a paid up member. Since Will used to do most of the posting, and I haven't met many of you in person, thought I would break the ice and post up my introduction. As far as work goes, I've run the John Boy & Billy Corporation since 1993, so its been a long time since I've had a real job
. But that does mean if we ever have a get together that requires Grillin' Sauce or Sweet Tea, I can probably hook us up
.
Anyways, already too long for a simple introduction post, and I'll try to be less rambling in the future. Look forward to meeting you all soon.
