New noise - retarded cause

This is barely, barely tech, but it's a solution for a new noise I had noticed. At highway speed I could hear a beating/flapping. I checked the mudflaps, fenderwell covers, looked to see if I'd collected a plastic bag under the truck - nothing.

Finally noticed that with the new winch I'd installed, and the blingy little red pull strap they give you to attach to the hook, it was flapping against the ARB at speed and making the noise.

Dumb.

Don't you call it "race tape" when you use it on a car/truck?
