i noticed a new leak today. Not sure what exactly it is. Paniced at first due to assumption of head gasket but temp is fine and oil/coolant arent mixed. Heres a pic for reference

Coolant? If coolant on that side of the engine it could be engine oil cooler.

But why exactly would it be leaking?
I have seen cracked housings, or maybe the gasket there failed. Maybe head gasket. Remove exhaust manifold heat shields to get a better look.

Nope. Reminds me of oil but looks watery
It's the valve cover gasket starting to fail.
Water on it is probably condensation or from the puddle you drove through to get all the water spots on the intake tube.
It's NOT the head gasket as much as you want it to be.
The oil cooler is lower than that.
