Thank you for the warm welcome everyone, from in person the day of and on the forum. I took the back route to the top of Daniel after I met a bunch of you. I've been wanting to get up there for the view more than anything so I bit the bullet and went. Wow what a trail. The back route wasn't near as nasty as I thought it would be and the top was spectacular. Can't wait to join you all on another event soon. I was a member of another club that has mostly fizzled out and was really active over there. Thankful to have found this one.
As for a Greensboro/Triad meet and greet, Coopers Ale House on Market Street is always a good spot. Good brews and the best wings + a nice size parking lot.
