So, I installed remanufactured front calipers today (new pads and rotors). I am doing the brake bleed with my Motive pressure bleeder. all wheels and LSPV bleed fine except for Driver Side caliper.

There is no fluid coming out of the driver side bleed nipple. So I fired up the car and pressed the brake pedal a few times and both sets of front calipers appear to be working, that is the pistons have pressed the new pads to the rotors. Then hooked the pressure bleeder back up and open the Driver Side nipple fully (removed it actually) and still no fluid. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Have that on 3 out of 4. Prob corrosion of brakes lines and/or rubber hoses and/or caliper bits.

Brakes still work though.

Sure sounds like a bad unit to me. Must be a plugged passage? Pistons work but bleeder doesn't? Weird.

Yep, weird. So, I took it off and put the old one back on. Everything is fine for now. At some point I'll get another caliper and throw it on.
