Greetings everyone,
After deliberation, I am a new 100 series owner who has come here for insight, ideas, and help.
I have a 2002 LX w/nav and I am getting a No Disk detected error and no sound from stereo. CD Will show music playing but no sound other than mild static at high volume.
Any ideas on where to start?

coudl be many things, but the 2 most common would probably be:

1. Old age - the solder joints in the head/ Nav Unit become brittle over time and cause connectivity issues. If the problem is intermittent, this is could be the cause.

2. it could be refering to the disk (DVD-ROM) that has the GPS maps on it. The disk or the reader may have gone bad
