Did you notice any difference after replacing the heating element with the Brunatti part? I'd think in Italy near the sea it never goes too low in temperatures, but what would happen in colder climates?

i think that it's not useful in europe.. in winter.. max temp is -10.. i don'l live in alaska or siberia..

[Workhorse]

HDJ100's are 12V. Dual batteries that function in series, basically a large deep cycle battery. Yes the HD100/101's are Factory dual batteries. US gasser version is single battery, diesel is dual. Diesel has a rather large starter.

Welcome to the forum Matteo, looks like you have a very clean HDJ100 with Factory rear locker. Keep us posted of your progress and adventures.

is the dual battery setup original on the 4.2 diesel?

I think all diesels run 24v starters needing 2 batteries... but I've never owned a diesel so could be wrong

Not all diesels, but those with the "big" starters deffo need 2.

Yep 2 battery from the factory and it is 12V as my ex-BJ60 and my ex-BJ70... both 12V
