Need help, tips and tricks for King suspension

I was wondering if there are any tips and tricks you guys have figured out when adjusting height for king coilovers with remote reservior. I was able to adjust driver side while it being installed. Passenger side line for the remote reservior seems to be in the way, manual says should be uninstalled to adjust but its such a hassle to have to keep on doing that to adjust.

Ask this guy if he installed his suspension himself:

I don't think King has anything unique their suspension and you may find what your looking for from installation videos using other manufacturers like Icon and others with reservoir. I imagine install should be about the same for all.
Please correct me if I'm wrong here.

I use a 5/16"x11" alignment pin that i hit with bench grinder to adjust my fox coil overs. For Icon's I use a 3/8" x 8" punch. I'm not sure what size the king's are, but these give enough leverage to turn the collar on the vehicle. I also lube it a little with wd-40.
