Hoser used an online site that utilizes a bunch of different companies to search for prices. I really cant remember. Maybe he can chime in.

It was https://www.freightcenter.com/ which is a freight broker. So, yes, quotes from 20-30 different companies at once.
totally off topic, sorry, but what kind of tires are those on Mike's truck. Awesome truck, although, i guess someone who builds awesome stuff would have an awesome 100.
Local terminal will be my option. Too bad the terminal is 50 miles away
Where are you getting it sent too???? Where are you in San Jose? The terminal I picked mine up from was in Fremont.
Yeah, everything in San Francisco is more expensive because of all the hills, etc. To the terminal it ended up being $200.05. And going back over the quotes, I was wrong, Mike said it would have been just under $400 to my door.

looked up some shipping quotes...anybody know the weight of the BIOR rear bumper? I am assuming approximately 120-135 lbs so a 400 lb pallet could maybe hold 3 bumpers or 2 fully loaded bumpers with modular items

For reference my BIO front bumper was 190lbs on a pallet 79"L x 40"W x 30"H.... Of course depending on what options you get with the rear bumper the weight would vary... I'm guessing the rear bumper weight will be more than my front bumper...

Update from Mike Smith regarding the price of the high clearance bumpers, towing capacity and adding spindles. I'd like to thank Mike for the quick responses and detailed questions!
Spindles are $100 each to add.
High clearance bumpers are $900 powdercoated and $800 raw without the 10% discount.
To see where I got these prices, refer to the email below. Also, Mike said he will chime in here tonight

The price on the high clearance is $900 coated and $800 raw. I would like to get at least 5 of these as well to make this work for me. It would be tough to just do three at this price.
I would love to tell you how much I tow with it but legally I can’t. It is a liability for me to say you can tow with it. If you guys search around on mud you can see several accounts of my bumpers being used to pull over 5k. Sorry that is about the best I can do for that one. The factory hitch can still be used with the bolt on bumper.
If you add just spindles each one will add $100.
The ladder should not interfere with the spoiler. It only comes to the top of the window but can either adjust the height or the bend if he would rather.
I understand all the questions. I think I have answered all these in emails already. I will get on the thread later tonight and chime in. I also wanted to mention that I will need a 50% deposit from everyone in the form of a check. I use paypal for credit card and they charge me 3% . If someone need to go this route I will have to add the 3% back in. Does that make sense? Let me know if you come up with any other question which I am sure they will.

To the address I posted above, it was $200.05. That was for the bumper, tire carrier, ladder, and gas carrier.
He had a friend deliver the Skids to me in Moab during CM11 this year. So, I didnt have shipping on those.
The $400 amount would have been to my place in Hayes Valley which is right behind the City Hall IN San Francisco proper.

It looks like shipping is the biggest question on everyones mind. I use freightquote.com for my shipping. The bumpers will ship from 80550 if you want to go on there and get an idea of shipping. It is least expensive to a commercial address with a dock or a forklift. Next is a freight terminal that you can go and pick it up from. If you choose to powder coat it only one bumper will fit per pallet. It still will save some by having several pallets go to the same place.
