My idea not my handy work. I met a local fabricator two blocks away, dropped it off with the air compressor to have the mount made While gone on vacation for a week. Got home to this beastly beauty installed. I just need to cut off the plastic bits off my marine battery to get t to fit into the mount. The windshield wiper bottle and such had to be relocated and I am going to stick some heat barrier between the battery and air compressor.
It’s different for sure. That should be a safe place for the compressor until you hit a deer or......
I guess that’s why guys like to add all those lights on top of their rigs, for night time driving? Besides the LC when fully loaded doesn’t really go much faster than 65-70 MPH. It’s more of a tug boat than a sped racer.
Slee off road makes a ckma12 engine Mount and last I talked to them they said you have to call them direct to order it. I don’t think they list in on their web site. Slee - Compressed Air Products here is a link to their website so you can get their phone number.
It has been 1 year and I finally finished my auxiliary power installation in August. Now I am chasing down bad electrical, replacing dead bulbs and things like that. So apparently there is a dash icon for open door and there is supposed to be a seat belt warning buzzer.. so just trying to fix those things. I added a engine compartment LED light strip and love it!
