Not often do you see people actually rebuilding clutch and brake master cylinders. Cool!

If you rebuild your wheel cylinders, best way to get best result is to rebuild your brake master. This also goes with the clutch slave and master.

I went on a trip to the former US Clark Air Base in Angeles city. I came across a canvass used for soft tops in military vehicles. I was thinking of using this for the door and side panels instead of ordinary vinyl which is glossy. With a mix of pine wood.

All parts are repainted to make them look brand new as the original. Painstakingly one by one, and takes a lot of time.

But doing these bits and pieces is really where the project is focused entirely. Patience is the name of the game.

There are parts that can not be seen but has to be repainted as well. I rebuilt the wiper arm instead of buying a new one that would cost US$ 70.00 a piece.

Got the roof rack done with top coat.

Clutch slave is clean and ready for assembly as soon as the parts get in.

Headlamp parts just came in. I get excited when brand new parts come in. I just want to finish this project before the Holidays.

This just came in but so disappointing. Inner weatherstrip 1 set.

The final top coat has been applied and parts look good. The best part is really in assembling.

The only off color for the Willie is RED. Sticker is placed on the emboshed emblem attached to the grill. Hope it turns out cool. If not, easy to change.

Next week, we will be focused on assembling. The supplier already shipped out the replacement for the damaged inner felt weatherstrip. The two panels go to the front bumper listed as front bumper step.
