Apron is installed together with the radiator support assembly.

I decided to attach the apron to the fender before installing it to the front. This would be easier and less work to align and re-align both fenders. The right side fender will be attached snuggly and will be fixed and tightened until both are installed.

I have also installed a short hose that would serve as a drain coming from the front vent.

The front is taking shape with the fenders on. A little alignment and we are a go for final paint.

My new spray gun just came. Not really the best but it will do. Price for the new gun with a 1.5mm tip and nozzle, to include 2 additional nozzles (1.4mm and 1.8mm) is US$ 99.14. Not bad...

that drain pipe in the front fender is a great idea! and the way you are painting it is the way toyota should have done it from the factory.

this will be the ultimate 6* series!

We had a difficult time in aligning the hood. Turns out one of the hinge pin is worn out and we had to repair it. Also, the height of the hood on the right hinge was lower compared to the left side. Shims will be added to level both sides of the hood.

I have been away for quite sometime due to some important matters. The rainy season has finally arrived and it is really pouring. I had the plate for the hinge mount of the hood and will be ready for a fresh coat of epoxy paint.

After being gone for quite a while, some really pressing problems with business, I finally found time to install the hood. This was done though last July 18 but only had time to upload the pictures today.

Got the paint done and will schedule to apply top coat next week.
