Love the build. Just picked up a green '76. I was looking at your cage. I'm a pretty big guy and getting in and out of my cruzer with the front cage is difficult. I see that yours looks as if it bolts to the area under the dash. Any pictures of that. Any concerns if you had a roll over?

the reason i did it that way was cause i am also a big guy (6'2" 350 i'm husky  )
size 13 shoe so with a tube down there it would be a tight fit. i'll get some pics of what i did but basically i welded some 1/8" steel to the body first. if i do roll most of the protection will be right behind my head. i have seen people roll and just barely bend the windshield frame. also seem people not even damage their windshield. and i have seen pics of someone roll down a 100' cliff and :censor: everything up. i'll try yo stay away from that one.

anyway i'll update where i'm at now, everything really slowed after i got laid off but i still have some new pics..

YES! I'm feeling you. 6'4" 300 size 13 as well. I have a hell of a time getting my knee high enough to push the clutch in. I need to fab up some custom seat rails that allow me to push the seat back further. I will take any direction I can get on your cage set up on the dash.
