Don't suppose they have a "carpet kit" to fit that do they?? Ready for the 4th of July parades maybe??

Yes i have a kit. Supposed to be really nice. Will actually find out later this week.

What the heck, no mouse feces or s&h green stamps glued to floor board with a corrosive concoction of Coca-Cola, coffee and sun-tan lotion?

Somehow my "custom" kit came doubles of three pieces and missing one piece.
Now i get to waste time on the phone. Yay.

Actually did some work.....
Cleaning up some superficial rusty stuff in the trunk and wells.

I got a couple coats of primer on last night. Going to double check coverage today and either touch up or start with colour.

Looking good. That is some solid metal.. I am painting my house and keep reminding myself that house paint is way cheaper than automotive paint..

Youd have to cut them up pretty small, oh wait.
Simply access to the fuel level sender and wiring. Novel idea, right?

Little moar progress
The Rust-Oleum matches pretty damn good. I blew it masking holes and ended up with a minor overspray on the shiny black parts.

Got the rear wiring harness ran. We mocked up carpet and screwed in new snap bottoms. Came up short so i need more. Came up short on vent hose, so fuel tank is ready to install otherwise.
Going to continue plugging away at the wiring and other tidbits.
Going to try to drive by next weekend. We will see.
