My Engine is doing some weird stuff. Unsure if it's good or bad. (1 Viewer)

So my truck normally takes about half a second before it turns over, and then it works great. Sometimes however it starts IMMEDIATELY but is quieter, and I think there are some differences in driving? But I'm not totally sure, they're not very noticeable if there are. I was driving it to school today and I noticed it took it a little bit longer to start, and then after that it was quieter than normal. I think it's bad, but I've got no idea what it could be. It still starts and drives, but I only drove it about 10 minutes to school then parked it so I didn't test it long-term. I've got Half a tank of gas in it, I didn't drive it for a day if that could be anything, but it was normal thing morning.

Anyone got any ideas what could be wrong with it? Should I go take it into a mechanic?

This is the type of thing I would shrug off.

If your normal maintenance, and tune-up items have been done recently, like the last year or so, I would shrug it off. If not, start with that, and I bet it will run smoother and better than it has in awhile.

I should probably take it in for a tune up, but I replaced the oil a few weeks back and the oil level is just fine so yeah I'll probably take it in for a tune up after I get paid next

I might be delusional but mine starts immediately and runs a little better after sitting in the heat all day. I always figured its from built up pressure in the fuel system from the heat. My charcoal canister needs to be changed the added pressure may make its way to the injectors. Never thought it was a bad thing. Someone chime in if this isn't likely or possible.
