Rear crossmember for the spare had to be replaced (kinda forgot about it) will not have spare but is a strong point on frame for the leaf hangers, so…. more welding !!

Hey Johnny, i'm not sure yet. I'm hoping Jason will make me a set OR it'll come to me in my sleep tonight.
I'll see once i get all the metal thats not needed out of the way, But i think i will make a full set from scratch.

Yep, I would have used the 16ga as first option. Then 3/16" Buna , cut/pieced and used fender washers to attach.
