Hey guys! I'm really enjoying the pictures ya"ll are sharing there (in my best southern drawl). I like the miles of hills, trees, lack of trees, and lack of humanity (and all it's accoutriments) you're showing there. And, it sure looks like da'boise are showing their approval also. Keep dem pics a'comin..

Danny, best of luck with the PS repairs.

Don

Thanks Don!!

I dropped off and picked up my re-rebuilt power steering pump. Brought it home and installed it. Power steering works yet again!! Picture looks just like after the first rebuild... Maybe it is...

I have some stuff to complete in the morning, then I hope to take 44 and daBoise on a mid-length cruise in the Wildlife Refuge... Assuming the wind dies down... Otherwise...Friday.

Hi Danny
Caught up with lost marbles last Sunday . This guy is one of earths true gentleman.
What an enjoyable morning it was.
Now the power steering pump.
Did you find what the problem was? Most interested.
Cheers Peter

Hey Peter!

No pictures... Didn't happen!!

Glad you had a good time!! Hard to believe it, without me there!!

The bearing went out and the seal broke. My 12 month warranty reset... Another 12 months. Hope I don't have to use it again!! I've smelled enough ATF to last a lifetime!!

Are you back home now or back in China?

Cheers!!

Hi Danny
I can't post pictures of another Mudder with out there permission .
Leaving NZ today home till Wednesday morning then back to China.
Still no new 40 series adventures due to this heavy work load.
What will the new year bring?
Power steering
I note and record that fault for future reference.
Cheers

Hi Danny
I can't post pictures of another Mudder with out there permission ....

Feel free to go ahead and post whatever pics you took Peter - so long as they show my "good side" of course. :D

Did you capture some of Sandy's zumba dance moves? (If so, we'll have to pretend they were done to Raymond Burr's "Ironside" instead of Elton's "Crocodile Rock".)

....Actually Sandy just looked over my shoulder as I was typing this .... ostensibly to admire the selection of "smilies" jumping up and down at the bottom of my screen screen but she did comment how I was beginning to look more and more like my avatar every day. So that ever-so-hurtful comment makes me feel much more relaxed about authorising these never-seen-before images of her patented zumba dance moves for display to a grouping of international Land Cruiser enthusiasts known for closely inspecting and dissecting 40-series pics to the n-th degree.

Hi Peter,

You never said... Did Tom show you his Zumba routine?

Glad you, at least, had time to visit with him... Maybe the new year will bring more opportunities for 40 adventures... Hope so!!

I'm planning to take daBoise out in 44 tomorrow, for an adventure... I want to be sure the power steering pump holds up this time.

I hope to get some pictures.

Cheers!

Danny, I hope we get to see those pictures specially of Tom dancing!:bounce::bounce2:

Wow!! Tom uses a lot of alarm clocks to get to work... Maybe set them all to the current time and get to work on time...

A lotta time zones alright!!

I collected clocks when I was younger, but ran out of time :rimshot:

BTW Sandy was joking Tom... You're a lot younger and much better looking than your avatar!!

Hope you get home soon Peter!!

Cheers!

Great family photo Tom! @lostmarbles I heard New Zealanders were awesome looking people!

Beautiful house view too, I'd give up my cruiser to have a killer view like that!

Thanks for sharing guys!
