I say hello to the upcoming year, plan some resolutions and goals and start marking up the calendar for whats sure to be a busy 2011. Its hard not to ponder back on the year we just closed, all the great trips, the people met along the way and the opportunities presented. A big thanks to all those that helped make it such a great 2010, my friends and family, my fantastic customers and most of all my wife who hasn't changed the locks yet. She's a 100% sport to come out on many of these adventures with me despite wanting to relax on a beach somewhere. Soon my love. Kurt, sure looks like you had a good 2010 but I got to wonder how the heck you run a business and still spend so much time playing in the dirt??? I mean, hell, I'm retired and can't seem to fit in as much as you do. I am jealous.

It equates to early mornings, late nights, lots of work on the road and great employees that can keep the place floating in my absence. 2011 will bring even more organization that will hopefully mean more regular hours for me and better customer service and inventory for customers.

To be fair just about every one of my trips was with customers and at least half of them were runs I planned for my customers. I do anywhere from 8-10 customer appreciation events each year... not all of them made it on my year in review above but they all turned out really fun.
